Ron Artest helping out

Blogged under Front Page,Steppin Up by Nothing but Net on Tuesday 19 December 2006 at 4:47 am

Ron Artest is still a defensive stopper as he is averaging 2.6 steals per game.  His problem so far this season has been his shooting.  He’s only hitting 39.3% from the floor, mostly because of bad shot selection.  He’s averaging 16.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game so far this season.  It would really help the Kings if he could make more of his shots count.

Rookie not getting floor time

Blogged under Front Page,Rookie Report by Nothing but Net on Wednesday 13 December 2006 at 2:05 am

Quincy Douby hasn’t got to play much at all so it’s been hard to evaluate him.  Douby has only played in 5 games and has averaged 4.0 minutes, 1.8 points and 0.8 rebounds per game so far this season.  Douby has the reputation as a scorer, so keep an eye on him.
