The Kings fought hard in this game, outscoring the Kings 59-43 to send the game into OT before losing in OT. The Kings didn’t play any defense as the Lakers hit 52.3% of their shots from the floor, and the Lakers outrebounded them 52-36 and those were the two keys in the Kings loss last night. Mike Bibby had a great game with 38 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Ron Artest had a solid game with 19 points and 3 steals. Corliss Williamson (18 points, 4 rebounds), Shareef Abdur-Rahim (11 points) and John Salmons (12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists) all played well for the Kings.
The Kings fell to 14-16 on the season with this loss.
