The Kings was excused Ron Artest indefinately from the team after getting arrested on Monday for suspicion of domestic violence and using force or violence to prevent the woman from reporting a crime. Ron Artest is an excellent basketball player on the court but he’s a thug that doesn’t deserve to play professional sports for a living. He has played in 51 games this season and he’s averaged 18.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.2 steals per game. The Kings will miss him on the court because of his playing ability, but they won’t miss him off of the court.
The Kings played hard last night but it wasn’t quite enough. Kevin Martin led the way for the Kings with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Corliss Williamson had a good game off of the bench with 21 points and 3 rebounds.
