In a rebuilding mode the minutes are there for the rookies on the Sacramento Kings
The Sacramento Kings have a outstanding batch of rookies and they are all going to get extended playing time this season. Jason Thompson has been the best of the bunch so far this season. The rookie forward has played in 16 games for the Kings this season and he is averaging 27.0 minutes, 11.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game. Guard Bobby Brown has also been effective off the bench for the Kings this season. He has played in 14 games and he is averaging 17.0 minutes, 8.0 points, 0.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game. Small forward Donte’ Greene has a huge upside but the Kings are taking it slow with him. He has played in 10 games for the Kings this season and he is averaging 4.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. These three guys all appear to have bright futures for the Kings.
