The Kings didn’t play ANY D last night as the Bulls shot 53.8% from the floor and that’s what caused them to lose again.  Marcus Thornton (20 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals), Tyreke Evans (19 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals) and DeMarcus Cousins (15 points, 12 rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocked shots) led the way for the Kings last night.  Jimmer Fredette (14 points, 1 rebound and 3 assists) and John Salmons (12 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 1-2 on the year.

The Kings only shot 37.8% from the floor and they were outscored 55-33 in the second half last night as they played really flat.  DeMarcus Cousins led the way for the Kings last night with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocked shots.  Marcus Thornton only shot 5 of 15 from the floor but he still finished with 14 points and 3 assists.  Jason Thompson (11 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot in 14 minutes on the floor), J.J. Hickson (10 points) and Jimmer Fredette (10 points) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 1-1 on the season.

Sacramento Kings 100, Los Angeles Lakers 91

The Kings took it to the Lakers last night.  Marcus Thornton (27 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal) and Tyreke Evans (20 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 blocked shot) led the way for the Kings last night.  John Salmons (13 points and 3 rebounds), DeMarcus Cousins (12 points, 11 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) and Chuck Hayes (7 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocked shots) also had solid games for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 1-0 on the year.

Los Angeles Lakers 116, Sacramento Kings 108 in O.T.

The Kings gave it everything they had last night before falling short in O.T.  They outscored the Lakers 29-11 in the 4th quarter to send the game into O.T. and they outrebounded the Lakers 53-43 last night.  Marcus Thornton led the way for he Kings last night with 33 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals.  Tyreke Evans only shot 6 of 22 from the floor but he still finished up with 19 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.  Samuel Dalembert (16 points, 18 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocked shots), Jason Thompson (16 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocked shots) and Beno Udrih (11 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 1 steal) also had solid games for the Kings last night.  The Kings finished up the 2010-11 regular season with a 24-58 record.

Oklahoma City Thunder 120, Sacramento Kings 112

The Kings didn’t play ANY D last night as the Thunder shot 57.3% and it did them in.  DeMarcus Cousins led the way for the Kings last night with 30 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 1 blocked shot.  Beno Udrih (21 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals) and Marcus Thornton (21 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals) also had solid games for the Kings last night.  Jason Thompson (16 points) and Francisco Garcia (11 points) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 24-57 on the season.

Sacramento Kings 104, Golden State Warriors 103

The Kings outrebounded the Warriors 52-43 and they outscored the Warriors 27-20 in the 4th quarter to surge to victory.  Marcus Thornton (21 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists) and DeMarcus Cousins (15 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals) led the way for the Kings in this game.  Tyreke Evans (14 points), Beno Udrih (14 points), Jason Thompson (14 points) and Donte Greene (10 points) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 24-56 on the year.

Memphis Grizzlies 101, Sacramento Kings 96

The Kings outrebounded the Grizzlies 49-42 but it just wasn’t enough to help them win last night.  Marcus Thornton only shot 8 of 23 from the floor last night but he still finished up with 18 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal.  Samuel Dalembert (17 points, 16 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals), Tyreke Evans (16 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocked shots) and Jason Thompson (15 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) also pitched in for the Kings with solid games last night.  The Kings are now 23-56 on the year.

San Antonio Spurs 124, Sacramento Kings 92

The Kings were outrebounded 48-38 last night and they didn’t play any D as the Spurs shot 60.5% from the floor!  The Spurs also outscored the Kings a stunning 73-43 in the second half last night!   Tyreke Evans (16 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal) and DeMarcus Cousins (15 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots) led the way for the Kings last night.  Samuel Dalembert (12 points and 10 rebounds), Beno Udrih (11 points) and Francisco Garcia (10 points) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 23-55 on the year.

The Kings shot 53% from the floor last night and it was the big reason for the nice road win.  Samuel Dalembert (21 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocked shots), Marcus Thornton (21 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal) and Tyreke Evans (18 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal) led the way for the Kings last night.  DeMarcus Cousins also had a big game with 15 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal last night.  Jason Thompson (14 points) and Beno Udrih (10 points) also pitched in for the Kings last night.  The Kings are now 23-54 on the year.
